My parent has passed and no will can be found. I live in the house and have access to my son at this property by court. My siblings want to sell the house to obtain their share, if the house is sold I will be homeless. Can I pay my siblings out in instalments, or half upfront and the rest in instalments?

If they agree and you have it all drawn up with the help of the estate administrator and a lawyer I don't see why not.
I'm not sure what you mean by "have access to my son at this property by court."?
