I am from WA. My friends and I got into an argument with one of our friends, things escalated and she called me and started accusing me then her dad started yelling at me not letting me talk. Later that night she talks to us and starts to threaten my cousin and friend then her dad gets on and says things like I will find you, they will get hurt, if you don't resolve this with my daughter I'm going to get involved. I'm pretty sure these are threats and I was wondering if this is even legal since he is 40/50 years old and we are minors.

Yes, technically it is illegal but i dont think a parent talking in defense of their child is going to attract enthusiastic sanction from authorities..... not unless that parent actually shows signs of following through with the threats?
