NSW Multi lane roundabout accident who's at fault

I was approaching a multi lane roundabout (2 lanes) in the left (outer) lane wanting to drive straight ahead. The other driver entered the roundabout from the road on the right side (right angles to my road) and entered the right (inner lane) with a right side indicator showing she wanted to take the third exit from the inner right lane. Seeing her in the inner right lane I felt it was ok to proceed further from the left lane. However she ended up driving straight and hit my car on the front right side. Her car was hit on the left side. Who's at fault?

Not really possible to say with any degree of certainty, but
it could well be be you at fault.
