WA Car Accident at Double Roundabout - Who's at Fault?

I was in the left lane (going straight) of a double round about and a ute was in the right lane and he went to exit left and I hit his car in the side door.

Am I at fault for the car accident, or is he?

Nah it's one where you can go straight or left.

In Vic, whoever is in roundabout first has right of way. Not sure of rules in WA. Check your road rules for roundabouts.
