No damage to my car but put a dent in the rear bumper of other car. When it happened it was heavy traffic. The lady I hit
Said it was ok she is insured (I'm not) and she didn't mean to slam on her breaks. Anyway we swapped details and all that fast forward 2 months of no contact from her I received a bill in the mail from her insurance company. Was I meant to be sent quotes first?? And I'm being charged for things that wouldn't have been damaged in the accident, like tools and spare tire, middle seat belt and seat etc. What are my rights to dispute this??
