Property Manager trying to make me get bond money from person taking over my tenancy. However the Residential Tenancy Act Part C page 9 of 16. 1.1 (a) (ii) states, "any security bond and pet bond required to be paid by the tenant pursuant to A of this residential tenancy agreement on the signing of the residential tenancy agreement are to be paid to the lessor's property manager;"
