On a good behaviour licence (nominated by myself through RMS for exceeding demerit points) due to double demerits. Unfortunately, with just over a month to go, I was pulled over for over 10kms.
My question is, if I pay the fine just before due date my good behaviour period will have finished and as I understand my demerit points cleared. Given this will they still implement the suspension as fine occurred during the period but payment made and points added after the period?
