Just checking. A woman is accusing you of being the father of her child?
So what are the chances it is your's?

If all you're after is a DNA test I'd suggest spending some $$$ on legal advice prior to the case would cost a grand or two. You can self represent from there.

But it does depend on what you're hoping to achieve?

Considering the possibility of 18 years of child support for a kid who may not be yours, a lawyer may be a good investment.

Cost is going to depend on what is being claimed. Is it only paternity or something more?

Which courthouse? Melb, Dandy, other?
