I am Indian employee(for company A) deputed to work in Australia (for Client A)
Now I have a job offer from an Australia Company(company b) Permanent role and that Company B is also asking me to work on project for Client A i.e. the same client for which I was working before.

Is this a breach of employment contract.
I am joining a different company as a permanent and that company is asking me to work for the same client

Cannot comment without reading your employment contract.

There may be a restraint of trade clause and depends on how that is written as well as the circumstances around the level of work you do and the affect on company A. It is generally difficult for these kinds of clauses to be enforced, but not impossible.
