I have a question... A friend (actually true) got busted yesterday for cannabis (drugs) in his system whilst driving (DUI).
Swabbed positive, he was taken for blood, but they were unable to get any, and so, took urine.
My understanding of the science is that urine can give a positive well after cannabinoids have left the bloodstream.
My question... Will they take this science into account as 'reasonable doubt' or just crush kill destroy as usual?
