Hi,

I'm unable to reach my informant when it comes to the intervention order breaches. There's a court hearing on Friday and I already did a victim statement for the day.

My question is, would it be necessary to go? Would it make any difference if I didn't go?

Thanks

Necessary? No. Beneficial? Yes. The Court may pass judgement in your absence, including potential dismissal of the case.

My ex-partner has a criminal hearing in regards to the breaches of the intervention order. I have done a victim impact statement. I'm not sure if it has been filed to the court.

Will I need to attend that court hearing? What would most likely happen on the day?
