G'day,

We can not find image forensic experts who can examine copies of invoices in jpg format to determine if they are authentic or forged.

We will appreciate if anyone can point us to an experienced highly professional image forensic experts anywhere in Australia who can do more than just look at meta data of the file.

Thank you,
Vadim

Thank you, Rob,

One more question if you don't mind.

According to WayBack Machine web.archive.org opponent's company stated on its website following:

Statement on 16/06/2012 - “Since 1983 we have been manufacturing Australian Black Sheep brand sheepskin footwear”

Statement 22/05/2013: “Since 1983 we have been manufacturing Australian Black Sheep brand sheepskin footwear”

Statement on 14/01/2014: “Since 1983 we have been manufacturing Originals UGG Australia brand sheepskin footwear”

Statement on 16/05/2014: “Since 1985 we have been manufacturing Originals UGG Australia brand sheepskin footwear”

In the period between 22/05/2013 and 14/01/2014 Australian Black Sheep brand was changed to Originals UGG Australia brand in the online statement which added extra 27 years (2012 - 1985 = 27 years) of brand history to Originals UGG Australia brand which was publicly introduced for the first time in its history only in 2012.

Is this "magic brand reincarnation and instant brand ageing" considered as brand history falsification from the point of view of Australian IP legislation or not?

Thank you in advance
Vadim

No idea off the top of my head, it’s not my main area. One of the IP specialists might be able to assist.
