QLD I shoplifted from multiple store at the same day

As the title suggests, I am so ashamed to say that I stole from multiple stores at once, at a total of maybe $450, the most expensive item is about $160. I got away with it but now I’m afraid that the police will be looking for me. Will they? If so how and when? What will be my charge then? I’m not an Australian and I have a visa

I don't think it would be appropriate for anyone here to provide any advice or opinion other than to turn yourself in to the Police.

As the other poster stated, it is better to turn yourself to the police as soon as possible. The sooner the better.

I was on leave and did not log in, they may give you a warning most properly, but it will depend, on the circumstances, the longer you wait the worse it gets, so better sooner than later.
