How to stop child support

How can I get the father of my daughter to stop paying child support.
He doesn't pay much at all and he doesn't see my daughter at all out of his choice.
I am getting child support collect but don't see the need for it as he dosent pay much.
I find it insulting to our daughter and can't stand the letters every month.
How can I stop support all together

If you’re the receiving parent, just call CSA and tell them you want to end the assessment.

Or better, stick it in a bank account off to one side
so that you have a lump of cash available for unforeseen expenses
