How do I register a Discretionary Trust in Qld? Trust Deed is signed and complete, settlor sum received by the corporate trustee. I had heard in QLD trusts are registered with Titles Qld, I contacted them but they said for the Trust to be recognised the Trustee must be a party to a property transfer. There is no property to transfer, or are they just referring to the settlor amount (cash) that established the trust?
