As Sophea mentioned "The buyer who would be suing the seller for breaching this restraint may point to a downturn in their profits or specific accounts which the seller has taken back and what those accounts were worth per year."

So, I asked her what if there are no restraints and the matter is about the client database, what are damages or how to calculate damages? Or what court would possibly order me to do? These are questions I want to ask on this post.
