Purchased a property last year dec assuming there was warranty on prolerty as there is defects
Claim got denied on the basis builder deregistered 2011 dec
Occuputanional cert was 2015
Policy starts when builders dissapears only 6 year period policy
And apparently i havent suffered a loss because i was aware of defects.
Assuming the owner completed the work with no owner builder permit..
Went to fair trading the claim its a unworthy decision by insurer
So last resort is tribunal but got no idea what to do
