Hello,

An order from a judge was received outlining for parties to serve on each other, an evidence in chief etc, by a certain date.

That date has passed and myself or my legal rep has not yet been served with these documents however I have filed and served mine.

I'm concerned.

Is there any action i can take in regards? Trial has been set down to take place in a couple of weeks.

Have you contacted the court to see whether they have been filed (but not served)?

If they haven't been filed or served, your lawyer can ask for a directions hearing to be listed to bring the default to the court's attention.
