NSW Goget Disposal Policy of Belongings?

Is Goget allowed to dispose of your belongings 3 days after losing them, which they had and both parties had been conversing? Or do they have to keep them for a certain amount of time?

Hi,

I'm not terribly familiar with Goget but their website mentions that if you leave something in the car they will communicate with other members to have it left in the glove box or centre console or even in their lost and found. They shouldn't be disposing of anything especially if they know who the owner is. It just doesn't seem to align with the company ethos.

Are you sure it wasn't disposed of by another member?
