Hi I'm assuming from what you have said that for some reason the State Administrative Tribunal in WA made an order that the Public Trustee manage your finances.
If that is the case then I think you will need to make an application to go back to the Tribunal to show them what has changed that you can manage your finances yourself now. The SAT website is sat.justice.wa.gov.au and it looks like you can make applications on line.
