I have been given notice that at the end of the year my position in Australia is being made redundant and being moved to Singapore. Is this classed as a genuine redundancy under employment law?

My position is still required in the company (it is a regional role so wont even be performed outside the region, only out of the country), they are just choosing to move it overseas!
