Just wanting to know as it isn't really clear, are joint assets as at the date of death required on this form? i.e form 117. My understanding is that joint assets are not taken into account for probate only real estate assets in the name of the deceased as at time of death. The assets I'm referring to are all real estate assets in NSW.
