WA fine and want to know if I’m able not to pay

I was fined for parking with out a ticket on Davidson terrace in Joondalup, just curious as iv heard depending on the company given the ticket you may not have to pay?,as I was parked on the street and not in a shopping mall car park or private parking just want to know where I stand.

You did not mention the company giving you the fine?

How will we know the jurisdiction of the space where you parked? That is something you will have to research.
