Can anyone recommend a good child custody lawyer with a high success rate in custody of children matters? I am a father seeking 50/50 shared custody of my 7-year-old son. Preferably a lawyer based in the Perth city area. Is it preferable to have a male or female lawyer to represent in such instances?

Gender should not matter. I can't recommend anyone but here is my opinion on solicitors: Avoid them and a good one will always get back to you within 24-36 hours.
