Hi All,

Can any one shed some light on how to go about this under family law;

1. I've just seen the duty list and the Judge has changed from the previous Judge who was presiding over the case.

2. I have submitted all my paperwork and Final Orders and had them served and have the serving paperwork as well. But, I need to be able select say (8) items from the (52) final orders as interim orders on court day?

Background, yes I have previously submitted interim orders with the initial application but as we all know these change over time. Essential the (8) "new" interim orders are better written and sound like proper court orders now as do the other Final Orders.

Cheers
