There is a order in our final court orders that were final last week and I believe it is not clear for the other party. Do I have to lodge an appeal to have this written clearly? Or do I do an iniating application??

why not write it here with names removed.
plan b. The slip rule. If it is a typo you can apply via the slip rule.

You believe it is not clear... Write the order here and ask the good folk how it could be interpreted /mis-interpreted. Have you asked the ex what they think it means?
