I have been recently blocked from a Telegram public channel (forum).

I asked the admin of the group about the reasoning.

He said that it was due to someone made some accusation about me.

Those accusations are false, so I was considering suing that person for defamation (or false accusation case), however the admin refuses to tell me the name of the person who made false accusation.

Is she legally obliged by law to provide me with the name of that person?

Is the admin even in Australia?

Yes. She is real person which I know her by name and phone number (but not the address)
I have been texting her on her mobile and she has been cooperative to give me the information about the reasoning for blocking me, but refuses to give me the name of the accuser.
