I have been granted a hearing before the full bench of Fair Work Australia for an unfair dismissal case. To prove why I should be given a hearing that was dismissed without getting a hearing. Now they want all these stupid instructions done before the hearing that I don't understand. I cannot get any sort of legal help. Soon as I say it's against TAFE they don't wanna know or want $300 or more for a consultation not even Legal Aid will help. Yet on the day, TAFE will turn up with all their legal team.
