Hi,

I am a member of a community page of around 500 people, yesterday a neighbour had been arguing with me on a post, the comments were removed.

Around lunchtime the housemate of that person posted a reply to me saying “ I heard you were caught taking photos of children in the village, your a creep and I’m sure 90% of the village knows about you and your camera so just behave yourself”. Clearly this is untrue, this post was removed but was up for an hour or so and visible to all the group, most live in a small radius of me and have children that go to my sons school.

Do I have a case? I have proof and the admin of the page have also seen the post.

Thanks.

Do I have a case?

If you can prove at least one other person read the post - yes.

What do you want as a result?

I can prepare a concern's notice (new version of old 'cease and desist letter') if you need assistance. See my signature for how to contact me.
