For the past 2 years, since final orders were received, my ex has been handing around copies of supporting court documents which were intended for only us to see, to many parts of our community. These documents paint me in a very unfavourable way, and are not at all accurate. This is causing me many difficulties. The ex has been fully informed that this is not legal but refuses to acknowledge or stop.
My question is: To whom do I refer this and by what method do I get a full investigation?
