VIC ex brother in law breached cco and says...

Was wondering if anyone can confirm this claim for me.. my ex brother in law breached his Community Correction Order (never showed up) and was arresyed as there was a warrant out for him. He’s told my sister that when he goes to court he’ll just get the CCO changed to a fine and it will all be finished. They have a baby together and that’s the only reason we really care about what is happening with him. Thanks

Yeah, nope... He ain't just gonna get a fine. Depending on the nature of the original order he could face jail time
