Hi. I work in retail as a casual employee. My boss sent an email out to all the staff saying that we would get movie tickets and there’s a new commission scheme if we are the top salesperson for the day. However, he has never come through with fulfiling that promise by rewarding the top staff.
I have emailed him reminding, but he hasn’t responded.
What can I do? Can I legally make him come through on those incentive promises?
