If you've come under an assessment for earning capacity by CSA because you have stopped work voluntarily at 58 from current job and have no income , how will Csa assess what child support you pay if they conclude you have stopped work to avoid child support

I reckon they would assess you to pay based on your previous assessment. I'm interested to see how it goes. My ex is off to Mexico for a month, has just bought a new Winnebago... Not bad for someone who claims to have earned $6000 last year. I'm thinking of asking for a change of assessment based on a lifestyle which doesn't match her alleged income.
