I found myself feeling railroaded into a purchase that required $100 deposit. I'm not sure of my Australian Consumer Law rights on this because I was aware of what I was purchasing but I certainly felt pressured into the sale and now am feeling extremely frustrated by their tactics.
I intend to speak with the business as soon as possible to cancel the purchase but am unsure as to whether I have grounds to demand a refund. They did not mention that it was non refundable and I didn't sign anything.
