Neighbour has removed existing paling fence without notice and replaced it with a knowingly non-conforming fence that neithe conforms to council standards or the DA. Police will not charge him with tresspass. Council is yet to condem it but is well aware of the situation. If the neighbour can just demolish the fence without legal reference and permission, what is stopping me from taking a chainsaw to it?
