I live in Sydney. Neighbouring house has horrible tenants. Their bedroom window looks over into my property. My fence height is currently 1.8. I have spoken to the landlord and he has confirmed in writing that he is ok for me to put a fence topper of 600ml which would bring it to 2.4 for more privacy.
My question is, as I know the tenant will complain, can council get involved if she complains ? Or is it ok because both land owners agree to put the topper?
