If you are on bail and sign in twice a week. And ask the court can u leave the country for 6 weeks and its denied. Then ask for 2 weeks which was also denied as they claim the perpetrator could be a flight risk.
This person is still going to leave as soon as they sign in and be back for the next sign in. Would that be allowed ? Would the court find out and is it a breach of bail if they don't miss their sign ins?
