Hi, I was charged with breaching an order by phoning applicant to speak with my kids. This order is being withdrawn. Under Family Law, do I still to defend the breach although no order is now in place?

How is the order being withdrawn? An order stands until it is actually withdrawn, so you're still obligated to follow it until notified otherwise.
