Deceased Estate - Beneficiary Rights to Property

    Where an deceased estate has 8 equal beneficiaries is anybody allowed to take anything from the property without everyone's permission before the will is distributed

    Strictly speaking no. But the executor/administrator has some discretion in this.
    More details would help.

    Short answer?
    No.

    The rellos do NOT get to pre-empt the work of the Executor by helping themselves to the deceased's "stuff".
