I was wondering if someone can help me in telling me if a ‘non-conviction record as a 16yr old where a good Behavioral was given, will be included on a criminal record check

I think most properly not, if as you mentioned "non-conviction" and was issued with good behavior bond, then it will not show as you there is no criminal record. Note, if the person offends again, that will not help that person and then the court may issue the charge on this issue. I think that is how it works, if someone else can correct, that will be good,
