TAS Criminal Law Matter Going to Court - Get Legal Advice?

Just wanting some help on whether or not i should seek legal representation for an upcoming court date or not. Will be my first time in a court room which will be for minor offences under criminal law.

You will always be better of with legal representation as they know the law, your rights, what you are entitled to ask for and the workings of the court.

Even lawyers get lawyers to represent them.
Regular people certainly should.
