Is a good behaviour order only relevant to the state it's made in?

Also if you are charged under criminal law for an offence in one state then are charged for the same offence in a different state, are they both classified as first offences rather than repeat due to the different states?

Depends on the bond. Was it a Cth or State offence? Generally if offences are across different jurisdictions you are OK.

Don't know the answer your second question.

Are you planning to misbehave in another state?

Nope, not planning to misbehave in another state whatsoever; more trying to understand how it all works.

I want to say it was a state offence. I'm not 100% certain on the difference, sorry.

Thanks for the reply Rod! It is greatly appreciated
