A few months ago, a man called me (I'm 16) and asked me if I wanted to go into stocks. I agreed and in an email I told him I was underage. He said it was fine to open one under my dad's name. I asked my parents and did so. Fast forward 2 months later, I have an addiction and have lost several k.

My cousin just wanted to make sure if this was legal or not under criminal law. Him convincing a minor to engage in stocks that is.

Get a lawyer. Something is not right but fixing it needs details. It's complicated because you setup the account and used your father's name. It might be your father's loss.
