VIC Criminal law arson charges

I have been charged with arson. My son and his girlfriend did it in Victoria. I live in Queensland and at the time I was in hospital and cause they said I paid them I have been charged and I didn't even know about it. It was a car and a unit

If there is no evidence you knew about it then you won't be found guilty.

Given they have charged you though my guess is there is evidence. Probably the testimony from your Son and his Girlfriend. The unexplained money and then you probably the text messages, emails or records of you asking them to do it.

This is all untrue, she did ring them and tell my brother to burn down her Mother's house. There was proof and that is why she was charged, he was only young and stupid to be listening to our so called Mother Sharon.

She has a lot of mental health issues and uses that as an excuse as to why she's done a lot of s**t over the years. So please anyone on here don't believe a word that comes out of her mouth
