WA Court Order Banning Me From Licensed Premises - Any Exceptions?

If you have a court order banning you from any licensed premises for a year can you apply for anything so you can attend a family members wedding at a licensed restaurant during the ban period?

You'd need to look at what the court order says. You could try going back to court to apply for an amendment to the order to attend the wedding, but don't expect to get it, especially if the order hasn't expired.

There will be legislation somewhere that covers it.

The State Law Publisher web site will have it somewhere: State Law Publisher - Western Australia

It might come under the Liquor Control Act. It will be on whatever paperwork you've got.
