Is it possible for a person to rig a court orderd DNA test? Has it ever happened to anyone or is it to hard.

I'd have thought if it was court ordered then there would be some clear instructions about the person being tested having to provide proof of identity prior to the test. So I reckon it would be near on impossible to rig....

If it is done by an accredited DNA testing company then it will be hard to dispute. All you can do is ask to see if the due process has been correctly followed.

A home kit DNA test would be unlikely to be accepted by a court.

Highly unlikely if the correct procedures have been followed.
