I rented the flat with a 3-month contract.
Then at the 2nd month, I was messaged the owner via my mobile phone that I wish to continue the contract to extend for another 3 months after the 3rd month of the first contract, and I didn't sign anything about 2nd contract yet.
But now I don't want to continue the contract anymore because of many reasons. I notified the owner about my plans to move out when my first contract end, but he told me I can't because of the message that I wrote before.
Question is, is the contract still valid under Contract Law even though there isn't any signed hard copy of the agreement?
