The OP is contesting the extension of a police issued FVIO.
They have FV charges and are serving a CCO.
They want the children removed from the order on the basis that it restricts them from having a relationship with them.
there is current FCC proceedings where they are undergoing a therapy based report between the father and the children.
What is the likely outcome at the hearing?
I have been told the judge will not look kindly at this request considering there is charges and time being served..
Any advice on how to prepare? I can’t see how cross examination of evidence that’s been proven guilty already is worth anyone’s time.
