I'm working on an essay from Contract law on consideration.
One of the questions asks:
A is concerned B may add in additional considerations once an agreement is reached between them. Can B do this?
Is this simply an acts in existing duty question (Stilk v Myrick /Roffey Bros / Hartley) question?
