i have a compliance hearing next week in court, it is in relation to having a trial date vacated and put into a call over pool in the middle of the year, both parties have sort to have this done in favor of giving mediation a fair go. our case has been ongoing for 3 years now and the other party has not progressed forward untill now, in the past refusing mediation. i am self represented.
My Question is what will happen in this hearing, i am going to assume that it is go hear from each of us individually that is what we want and that we are going to attend the mediation?
Is there anything else likely to happen or be requested of us?
